Hi good morning, my darling partners:
Today I want to give you some
important advices about how to care yourself, in physical and in mental way.
Really, I hope you can practice some of them.

1. You should always brush your 2. teeth, at least 3 times, per day. 3. Every day you should take a shower. 4. Everyday you should eat healthy food (vegetables, cereals and proteins) 5. Avoid to eat a lot of candies and
chocolates. 6. Drink at least 5 or 7 glasses of
water per day. 7. Practice sports (hiking, basketball, volleyball, swimming, dancing, yoga, etc.) 8. Finally, remember you should sleep
8 or 9 hours, it helps you grow and develop normally. |
1. Find activities or hobbies that
make you really happy. 2. Take time for reading a good book. 3. Focus on your strengths. 4. Take control of the social media
(no more of -3 hours per day) 5. Talk to someone when you have any
problem (parents, teachers or relatives) 6. Always practice the kindness and
forgiveness 7. Organize your time, create your
own daily routine. 8. Finally, don´t forget to smile in
spite of the problems. |
