Today I want to tell you why and how to save energy and recycle in our community.

1.WHY IS IMPORTANT TO SAVE ENERGY AND RECYCLE IN OUR COMMUNITY?

2. HOW TO SAVE ENERGY AND RECYCLE IN OUR COMMUNITY?

ENERGY	RECYCLE
1.       Turn off the lights 2.       Cook with gas 3.       Close the refrigerator door 4.       Turn off the fan/air 5.       Unplug your devices 6.       Take shorter showers 7.       Turn water off, when shaving, washing   hands, brushing teeth.	1.       Buy recycled paper and print on both sides. ... 2.       Make recycling bins. 3.       Recycle your empty ink and toners... 4.       Clean containers out before recycling.  5.       Recycle old papers, cardboard and newspapers ... 6.       Look for the recycled option in all the products you buy.                    7.  Clean plastic bags.

Hi good morning, my darling partners:

Today I want to give you some important advices about how to care yourself, in physical and in mental way. Really, I hope you can practice some of them.

Mental and emotional

1.       You should always brush your    2.       teeth, at least 3 times, per day. 3.       Every day you should take a        shower. 4.       Everyday you should eat    healthy food (vegetables, cereals and proteins)                                     5.       Avoid to eat a lot of candies and chocolates.                                     6.       Drink at least 5 or 7 glasses of water per day.                                                                                        7.       Practice sports (hiking,                basketball, volleyball, swimming, dancing, yoga, etc.) 8.       Finally, remember you should     sleep 8 or 9 hours, it helps you grow and develop normally.

1.       Find activities or hobbies that make you really happy.       2.       Take time for reading a good book.       3.       Focus on your strengths.       4.       Take control of the social media (no more of -3 hours per day)        5.       Talk to someone when you have any problem (parents, teachers or relatives) 6.       Always practice the kindness and forgiveness 7.       Organize your time, create your own daily routine. 8.       Finally, don´t forget to smile in spite of the problems.
